At the end of a Thousand Words in X-2, I felt a huge tug on my heart but no tears or anything :P. In FFX, so many moments really made me feel. Most of the game is pretty sad.

The scene with Squall and Rinoa on Ragnarok with "Eyes on Me" playing.
The Opera House, and Celes' reaction to the new world after she wakes up, and the messenger bird comes along and gives her hope.
The scene in FF8 where Squall rescues rinoa from the sorceress memorial.
