I'd actually say that emo kids are more straight than gay, and using bi as an attention grabber.

They're more than willing enough to announce it because it gets them attention and sympathy points because they're "struggling", while I am more careful with who I tell my sexual orientation to offline due to ... violent reactions in some situations. >.>

emo people just wear dark clothes and listen to bad music. I could deal with that. furries dress up in fur suits to have sex. sign me up for emo, please.

No, that's all wrong. MTV tells me what emo is and MTV has never lied to me or done anything that would otherwise lose my short attention span.
