What is your favourite monster from the Silent Hill series?

Closer are my favourite because they're so terrifying, and their name is amazing.

Them, followed by Insane Cancer and the Lying Demons

What are yours?

Pyramid Head scared the piss out of me the first time I saw him standing beyond that gate.

And Voltiel always wierded me out.

Yeah Pyramid Head. But I love him.

He was perfect.

I don't know the names of any of these things! Uh. Closers didn't scare me as much as those things that crawled on the ground and made that really icky sound and jumped on you and knocked you down. I hate those guys.

I do like the Nurses from SH2, though. The Mannequins are also great, but kinda stupid. Maybe I'm makin things up but they just seemed dumber than the other monsters there. I don't know.

Hm, I totally forgot about Pyramid Head. He was scary as hell.

I'm ashamed to say that I have no idea what they're called, but those twin baby head things in SH4 were INTENSE.

I believe they're called the Twin Victims.

The other, non-baby looking ones, are called Bottoms.

Yeah. Pyramid Head is cool, yet extremely scary looking. And Valtiel always scared me with the weird twitchy head thing he does. Ugh...creepy.

Pyramid Heads and the Ghosts...invincible enemies give a new bit of scared, as you *can't* deal with them.

other than P. Head, i wouldn't want any confrontation with the ghosts since they cannot die (unless you have a certain knife to pin them down with). it was fun hacking away at Walter's ghost w/an axe when he won't leave me alone. he deserved it, btw...
