My Mom won't let my friend sleep over tonight cause i been gone in San Diego to long, and i keep asking my Mom and telling her i want to spend time with her but also with my friend
what can i do for my mom to say o.k?

Ah, I remember when my mother tried to pull the "Your friend can't sleep over because you've been in San Diego too long" stunt on me. Later that day she mysteriously 'fell' down the stairs, and ended up having to spend two months in traction, and I got to have my friend round. Good times, good times.

I remember when I was invited to a sleepover a few years ago and I wasn't allowed because my Parent's didn't "know what she's like"

Just spend the day with your mom, have your friend sleep over another day.
