Regain the Tiny Bronco

ok, i was looking around on the net a couple of week ago, and i stumbled across this page that said you were able to regain the Tiny Bronco on the Third disk. First of all, i am not sure exactly what the requirments were, all i remember is it said something about having to beat ruby and emerald, then going to fort condor and one of the guys there will tell you they have found a ship and repaired it and will trade it to you for the highwind. can anyone verify that this is true. i would try, but seeing how i will never beat emerald, i can't. i dont believe this is true, but does anyone know if it is. and if it is, could you tell us all the requirements. i would tell where i saw it at, but i forget. thanks.
