You can get 50,000 gil from a Mimic creature in the Omega Ruins. Steal from a treasure chest in battle, and if it says "Nothing to Steal" a Mimic will appear. There is usually a treasure chest in a battle with a Zaurus.

You need four healing waters. I think you can steal those from an Adamantoise. Let me check...

Edit: Yeah, you can steal a Healing Water from an Adamantoise or a Behemoth King. You can also bribe an Anacondour 116,000 gil to get 16 Healing Waters.
