Quistis= bossy, thinks she actually holds some kind of authority above others, is extremely insecure( which is proven when she feels she as to apologize to Rinoa during a crucial mission) and not to mention a bad professional for falling in love with a student, actually she should have been arrested.

I disagree. Note: She DID hold authority above other because she was an instructor, but got fired becasue she was insecure, and didn't have the correct leadership skills. So what? Quistis has problems just like everyone else, and that's what makes a good fanfiction! But, of course, Squall would never even listen becuz he was too self-absorbed.

Oh, and they 1 year apart in age. How could she have been arrested?

In my country your only considered an adult at the age of 18, if i recall Squall was 17 making him a minor and Quistis was 18 and was his instructor so if anyone would have find out she would have lost her license and sent straight away to D-District Prison.

Yea-it's not like Cid found them mosing around in Quistis's dorm, if you get what I'm saying...

And by the way, in my country, America, the same rules abide.
