In terms of playable characters, Amarant. He just did not belong with Zidane and the others. Lani would've been much better off joining them instead of Amarant. In terms of unplayable characters, Brahne, Kuja, Zorn, and Thorn. And Baku from Disc 3 to the end of the game, but not before that.

It's true that Amarant did seem a little forced, especially considering he always came out with cynical remarks and seemed a tad stupid, but he was a good character to fight with.

LOL! So true...ya, they were deep but it was long... i don't really enjoy seeing his image but his poetry is longg..had me mashing the buttons try to get him to go away.. those thongs aren't eye candy
I think Beatrix should have died in her last batle at Alexandria castle...that would put the story right, instead of trying to force a relation between her and that block-head Steiner.

And plus, the game would be rather unfair if she was as powerful as she was when she was a nasty baddy.

Yeah it would be way too easy. plus she is still pretty strong when you get her anyway.
Indeed, depending on if you have been grinding or not, she can be the toughest character you have.

i would say steiner can be anoying...and brane is more ugly than a malboro but im guna have to say zorn and thorn ecause on sez one thing the other repeats it backwards!!:mog:
I agree with you on Zorn and Thorn, but they are not the most annoying characters in the game.
