The hair is extremely gorgeous, and you have done quite a good job on her hands. But the eyes differ too much in height. Eyes are around the same height, regardless of perspective. It would be better for you to have sketched out the figure first using balls, cylinders and cones- this helps a lot. Also, the pose looks a little stiff. Try doing poses yourself to determine whether the character would be comfortable in them.
Other than that, this is a nice drawing with lovely shading.
