Yes, I do. And by far my favourite chat was in 2001 or 2002, when Cloud of Midgar and myself and then I think blackat and Seifer spent ended up convincing some nub that he'd messed up his FFVII game and had to start over, completing such quests as flying to the moon and killing the spider queen and then going back to kill the chocobo sage, stuff like that. A second one joined in and we ended up stringing him along, too. Just the pure amount of crap we were sending out and they were buying into, it was amazing.
The times of Meat Puppet being an #eoffer have been buried and are probably best forgotten. I was quite the regular beck in early 2005. Though I was top of the stats and in there a hell of a lot I don't think I ever got accepted by the general #eoff populous. I had a penchant for foolishness and foul language which eventually saw me being banned from #eoff for a month. Oh, it was ban evasion that got me the g-line. Not that I knew how to evade bans! I was very angry about it at first. But I soon realized that ban was probably one of the best things to ever happen to me.A real turning point in my life.

#eoff is awesome. I can't think of exactly what my favourite conversations have been, though, as it would be trying to pick out a favourite piece of sand from a beach. Having been in there regularly for over five years, it's impossible to think of a specific convo that beats all others.

I used to go in there everyday. I was once on the top of the chat stats. Then I kinda just...stopped. Well, I go in there sometimes, but I really don't talk or say anything.
The funniest conversation...? The only one I could think of was the super bowl halftime one. Although the super bowl one itself was funny, too. ^_^
