Everyone lives in freakin' mansions. I'm going to look really stupid when I post a picture of my bottom floor, terraced Walthamstow property. Hopefully I'll have somewhere better when I move again, although my dad's been talking apartment blocks...

Background on my house:
My parents had this mansion built in 1990-ish, and they imported special rocks from the seaside. So it's an original house, no one but us have ever lived here.
Yay! My dad's anti-cookie-cutter houses. Every house on the hill is completely unique, all built at different times throughout the century. It's really nice.

I've lived in lots of places, including a 3 bedroomed apartment in the castle on top of St Michaels Mount in Cornwall. Out of the houses I've actually owned, the 1st one (Masterton) was gorgeous, the 2nd one (Henderson, Auckland) had a nice aspect, the 3rd one (Titirangi, Auckland) was huge (and the best!), the 4th one was...mine, all mine (Mangere, Auckland) and this is the 5th house in Flaxmere, Hastings (NZ):
