    Default The Simpsons

What do you think of the Simpsons? My favorite episode is in season one when Homer saw this family get into a station wagon the children were singing the bingo song and the car floated up into the clouds also there was a shiny beam of light. When Homer got into his station wagon his family looked like devils and there were flames everywhere Homer drove home with a sad expression on his face.

That one was classic. I prefer the older episodes to the new ones. The old ones made more sense and I loved the crude drawings. Plus Homer wasnt as stupid and Bart wasnt as irratating. But now the characters have totally changed and I cant stand them. Dreading the movie.

I've always loved the Simpsons, and I still like them every much. I don't think that the episodes have gotten worse, on the contrary, I think they're funnier than ever.

I like it a lot, even though I rarely watch it. Now that I'm older and can understand the concept of satire, it's so much more funny. I've been talking a lot about energy crystals lately.

I love The Simpsons, it will allways be one of my favourite sitcoms but theres no doubt that the last few series it has gone downhill, there still fairly funny but nowhere as clever and enjoyable, it's a shame but after 16 series it's gonna be hard for any programme to keep that quality that we are so used to.

I love The Simpsons and it is probably one of my all-time favourite TV shows, plus it's so darn funny. It's simply a cult classic

At one point it was my favorite program, the mid-late 90's stuff was genius, it wasnt dumb-wit humor either. Unfortunately The Simpsons have become less funny and have lost lots a good writers and replaced them with people not half as funny or clever. I dont consider it a must watch program anymore, in fact, I dont waste my time watching new episodes if there on and I have nothing to do. The new movie seems like a bad idea, a movie would of been less surprising if made 7 years back, but people just lost hope and thought it was never going to happen. I liked the idea of Simpsons not going down that road, staying a TV program and nothing more, and then BLAM!, right when no one would expect it, they announce a movie. Maybe it was because the TV program isnt do as well as before, and they want to make a movie to draw in some serious cash, which they probably will seeing as it will obviously do well. While I think making a movie is a bad idea, they have brought back some of the old writers to do work on the movie, thats a good thing, but couldnt they of just brought them back to write the shows, not just a one off movie, I may be wrong though, anyone know if the old writers are doing the show anymore or is it just the movie ?

It's okay. But it's nowhere near as great as Family Guy.

No, Family Guy is the most overrated and unfunny show there is. South Park is the best show. South Park even proved why Family Guy is a terrible show.
