Junctioning GF's

This isn't a question of how to do it. I'm basically interested in what GF's you junction to who and if there is any particular reason you do that?

Here is my list of GF junctioned to my characters:

Squall: Quezacotl, Diablos, Leviathan, Pandemona

Rinoa: Shiva, Siren, Carbuncle, Alexander, Doomtrain, Bahamut

Zell: Ifrit, Brothers, Cerberus, Cactuar, Tonberry.

I think I junction Eden to Squall.... I can't remember though .

That how I always junction my characters, no particular reason, just a habit.

well at the minute i am at the bit with edea when she is on your team and so far this is my team

Squall: Ifrit, Pandemona, Cerberus, Diablos

Edea: Alexander, Leviathan, Quezacotl

Quistis:Brothers, Shiva, Carbuncle, Siren

If you use the items mentioned to teach some GFs new abilities, all three characters will have access to every junction.

it is obviouse just during game play.
and I don't know I junction my GF's randomly but always like to give Diablus to Squall.

Yeah, just during gameplay. At whatever point. And also are there peeps out there who Junction different GF to different characters depending on the situation?

yes, in the wallkthrough I found that you'd better junction some GFs to your self when you fight certain monsters, I don't know from where I got this though, but it is true just like how you junstion fire magic to your ST (whatever) when you fight fire monters.

I usually give Ifrit to squall (every time i have played ive done this) but its different everytime with the others. I'll give squall GF's that have strength junctions and speed junctions

Oo, Junction thread.

Shiva goes to Quistis almost every time--they suit one another terribly well, and I only /maybe/ let Selphie touch Shiva if Quistis isn't in the party. Quez goes to Squall because he starts off with him and it seems to fit fairly well, I think--Ifrit's for Zell, at least to start. Cerberus tends to go to Quistis, Alexander to Rinoa, I think, Siren to Irvine, the 'silly' GFs either to Selphie or whoever's left over. It really depends on who's in my party, but I tend to just pick one GF that /always/ goes to whatever person, like so:

Squall: Quez or Diablos
Quistis: Shiva
Irvine: Siren
Selphie: Carbuncle
Zell: Brothers
Rinoa: Variable. (I keep changing my mind about which suits her, because Ifrit's a sweet thought because Squall had to go get him, but it's just absurd for Rinoa to be going around as a physical powerhouse.)

And...Well. Yes. I get too into this game.

Lol, dont worry. I only put Quezacotl with Squall because it his first GF, Ifrit with Zell because they just look like they go and Shiva with Quistis because Shiva's a girl and it sort of would look strange if Zell or Squall 'changed' into a female spirit.

Also do people name their GF's any names that are strange or unusual, or do they keep them the same, or do they just name them after groups of friends or something?

I normlly keep my GF's names the same, but once I named Squall (Zaidan) Lol.

I usually stick to their default names.

I Usually stick with their default names..... however last time i had uhhh ahem a strange thing come over me and i named them all such horrible horrible things
