The boss was three screens tall! Plus the awesome graphics of the sky and the epic score was memorable. :mog:
Dr. Wily, Khallos from timesplitters is close though.

Most favourite: I like the wolf in Suikoden 2 (Beast Rune). They freaks me out!
FF: Kefka, Kuja and Sephiroth
Others: Shizel (TOD2), Vaclav (TOL), Schwartz (TOL) and Nerifes (TOL), mainly because Tales of Legendia theme is too best.....for me.
