I've had some good coffee ice cream before, but never heard of Green Tea ice cream ... that doesn't strike me as being good, but I do like green tea. I never understood the appeal of nuts in ice cream. I don't like to chew my ice cream.
I actually think the maple walnut sounds really good. Besides, you don't chew the ice cream, you let it melt in your mouth, and after it's melted you chew the nuts. Chewing the ice cream would be silly.

In that case you might as well have a bag of nuts next to you and eat it with plain ice cream.
I suppose you could do that ... if you really wanted to .... Just so long as the flavors mix the same.
