The umbrella has no materia slots though, why would you want to use that?
It's not as if you're actually going to use her physical attack, it's weak compared to everyone else's.

The Death Penalty isn't half bad. It gets stronger the more enemies that Vincent kills. It's not the best, but it definately isn't the worst either.

If I ever use Vincent, I just make him a healer/supporter or something (Time, Restore, Barrier, etc.). Well, before I found out about W-Item.
