RHCP calls U2 sell-outs

I hate people who whine about so-and-so selling out. They're in the business to make money. No one with any ambition would make music for pennies just because they love the music. If I had an opportunity to make lots of money without hurting anyone, then I'd do it. U2 isn't hurting anyone. I don't really give a hoot whether they have a special Ipod dedicated to them. It really doesn't matter to me.

I feel exactly the same way.

They made the music, and they have a right to do whatever the heck they want with it. If they want to sell it to a big corporation like Apple to make ads with, more power to them. I'd kill to be able to do that. Well, not really.

Also, zomg, RHCP sold their soul to Saban and 20th Century Fox! They allowed "Higher Ground" to be played in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie. What <i>sell-outs</i>.
