I woudln't be able to get any of those, because Dollars are useless here. I would have to use 50 euros (Europe, lol).
But to answer the real question I would get Final Fanatsy III because I don't have a Playstation 2 and even if I had, FF VII Spinoffs I don't care for and I would like XII but FF III is just... Let's say legendary. And I love the job system. So yeah, Final Fantasy III DS.

You can use US Dollars anywhere in the world. >O

I'd buy FFIII, especially since I don't really care about any of the other games. I desperately need a new Final Fantasy game.

I'd buy DoC. There's nothing like the thrill of hunting people down and killing them.
The soundtracks for the other two will hold me over until they come out. Especially 12 <3

I'd buy FFIII then save up for the others. FFIII is a sure buy, you know what you're getting. FFXII seems a little bit dubious to me, and I'm even a fan of the engine they're using. DoC just seems like it's gonna be mind hurtingly boring, but I'll end up buying it anyway.

I'd buy FFIII DS because that one seems very impressive, and I've already played the NES version twice to know it's a good game, so it will probably be even better with the new graphics, better sound quality and enhanced storyline and character interaction. The only catch is that I'll need to buy a DS Lite first. I probably won't get FFVII DoC because it doesn't seem that good a game.

While I've heard many good things about FFXII, I've also heard of its flaws, and although I do look forward to playing the game, I'm still not overly excited about its release. Besides, if I was given 50 dollars or even 50 euros, that wouldn't help me because FFXII will cost 65-70 euros anyway. I'm also waiting for FFVII AC and KH2, neither of which have been released here yet.

Well, that's a fact. So the question is not hard at all, the only possible answer is Final Fantasy III DS.

Well, might seem more expenisve for you guys but for us it's just the regular price here. Now that you mention it I don't think we'll be able to buy FF III DS with 39.4587 euros, I think it will be around 45 euros...
And FF XII will probably be around 60 a 70 euros. Auwch.
Other than the expensive prices, Europe is a nice place to live. ^^

I'd buy FFIII, I've been waiting for that game forever and I know it's good and it looks impressive on the DS. Then I'd save up for FFXII, which I know is at least decently fun thanks to the demo in DQVIII.
