Tutorials for RPG Maker XP

does anyone know of where i can download some tutorials for this program. i am having a hard time with the script editer because half of it is in english and the other half is nothing but numbers and mumbo jumbo crap. or if anyone on here knows what the heck to do, please pm me or post a place where i could get some tutorials.
