Default The Games of Tim Shafer

Hey guys, just played Psychonauts for the first time, and then again right after cause I couldn't get enough the first time. I personally think it's an extremely ingenius, very clever game, the funniest game I've played, and the best voice acting cast next to the first MGS. Anyway I figured I'd play some of his other games that I've wanted to play anyways like Fandango and Monkey Island, but they're all very rare(I guess) and pricey, what the hell?? Did none of his games sell well that they get off chargin 80 bucks for a 15 year old game?? For some reason I guess Psychonauts didn't sell well, which I think the sequel would be even better, which is why ask about all his games. I thought the monkey island games at least sold decent. What are your opinions on the games, cause I still want to get em but not really for 80 bucks unless it's really worth it.

I'm not familiar with many of his games, sadly. I bought Psychonauts, and loved it and I played a demo of a Monkey Island game, which I also loved. Tim is incredibly funny I know that. Another game by him you may want to look out for is Full Throttle if you didn't already know. If you want to get one for cheap, Escape From Monkey Island on the PS2 isn't rare, and I found it at bargin bin prices.

He didn't make Escape from Monkey Island. That is one of the reasons why it sucked.

    Psychonauts FTW.

edit: 15 year old games tend not to sell well in today's market. Blame capitalism.

Oh, I didn't know he didn't make it. I never played it, so I can't comment on that one's quality.
