Are girls inferior gamers?

I grew up playing doom and I lived on it. I would have withdrawls for the game and I beat it on nightmare everytime I played. I was obsessed and at an early age I drew pictures of doom and its violence at my catholic school. The teachers freaked . Anyways I am a excellent gamer. I almost always get the best egineer reward when playing enemy territory.I can beat most guys. Im yet to find anyone that I believe is overly better than me male or female at video games.
