Does anybody have any information about a charcter in naruto named Sai.at first i thought he was a made up charcter but i heard that he appears later in naruto and is a not a liked charcter.Here is a pic.

I kind of like him as a character, but sometimes I dislike him. Yes, he does show up, but I don't want to spoil anything. Just read the manga or something. You'll discover his character later.
