I'm also going to suggest that at least two people have to either guess a letter or try to solve before the puzzle is updated. Otherwise it's too easy (as I've done) to rack up the points when you're the only one online and guessing letters. Hopefully that will make it more of a competition rather than a "I hope I'm the only one on so no one else will be guessing and I can get the puzzle all to myself" type of thread.
