I could deal with listening to Amanda Palmer and Brian Viglione for a lifetime better than I'd be able to deal with listening to just some other band, though I would miss other music, no doubt.
Ugh. A few of my favorite cds would no doubt put me into a depression leading to the death of myself if I had nothing but them to listen to. >_> but oh well.
Agalloch - The Mantle would be my choice IF the deserted island is NOT a tropical island and is something more like a big forest filled with oaks and pines and what not, where during the winter it snowed alot.
Pain of Salvation - The Perfect Element if it is an abandoned industrial island with broken up highways and destroyed buildings and stuff.
If it were a tropical island, Our Lady Peace - Spiritual Machines.
It'd kill me to have to decide though.

I'm assuming you mean album, which wouldn't neccessarily be limited to one disc. I'd probably take The White Album, but Led Zeppelin IV would be a strong contender.
I would also bring my ipod (after it was fixed and if possible). But if I had to choose just one cd, it would be an mp3 cd consisting of mainly Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, 30 Seconds to Mars, Three Days Grace, Lostprophets and more that I can't think of right now.
Well, a Bach concert CD would be perfect now that I think about it..
As would I, but for an album, it would either be Silent Force or Mother Earth - Within Temptation.
