For me, I think that the scene where the tornado around Clerya goes down kicked some serious butt. I also think the Bahamut vs. Alexander was great (no brainer). Even the ending scene rocked. They were all pretty great, though i agree X were better, but hey, X was on ps2.
Oooh, loved that scene, Odin looks so awesome in IX. And the ending one is great too, pretty touching.
And of course...the ones with Kuuuja....especially where he destroys his home planet.
I love all IX's cutscenes, but the one that sticks in my head most is the summoning of Odin and his charge towards (downwards) Cleyra
FFIX had the best cutscenes in my opinion. They had a different flair and style to them then the other games did.
