That's tough. I actually have a few favorites:
*DragonBall Z
*Yu Yu Hakusho
*CSI: Crime Scene Investigation
*The Ultimate Fighter (well, just season 1, 2 and 3 were lame)
*And pretty much everything on Adult Swim (Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sealab 2021, Futurama, Home Movies...)
Scrubs, Family Guy and although theres only been one season so far American Dad. I can't choose between those three.
Arrested Development, but it's cancelled because you jerks never bothered to watch it. >_>
As for shows that still actually air, the only ones I watch are Scrubs, Monk, and Lost.

The only thing I make sure to watch regularly is Late Night with Conan O'Brien.

Anyway, along with Arrested Development, my favorites are South Park, Family Guy, old seasons of The Simpsons, Paranoia Agent, FMA, Fooly Cooly, Full Metal Panic and FFMOUFU (or something), .hack//SIGN, That 70's Show, Oz, Six Feet Under, and Robot Chicken. I know it's a lot but I dare not choose only one.
