Cloud and his memories

I've had a hard time for a long time with the FF7 storyline. Why?

I never really got how Cloud's memories got so distorted.

I didn't know why Cloud looked so much like Zack.

It was really strange to me. But after reading an article that explains the storyline ( http://www.ffshrine.org/scholar/scholar.php ) I've come to realize how well the story of Cloud was made. I appreciate the games storyline much more now.

the first time i played it i was lost but after the second time and really paying attention to it i was no longer lost and did research. its crazy about how there are too stories in one.
