well she is a seventeen year old girl. rinoas one of my favourite characters on the game and they seem to have done her personality well and her and squalls romance make FF8 really good. and shes also one of the best characters in battle if you use her limit breaks right. she act slightly immature but thats not really a bad thing. rinoa is a good character and most of the hate seems unjustified.

my best part is squall, rinoa and zell (ive played throught the game using all of the character and ive found tis one is among the best if not the best.)its usually good to keep couples together as well E.G. in FF7 i nearly always keep cloud amd tifa in the same group.

people seem to look through all of her other good points and only focus on her slight annoyingness and make her seem loads more annoying than she actually is.
