I only watch ABC (for Lost) and NBC (for Scrubs). I download Monk, and that's about as far as my TV watching goes.
Should Adult Swim ever get its one channel accessible to me, I will become a helpless couch patato. For now, I watch Cartoon Network like an hour a month.

ABC (Lost), WB (for its 5-7 shows, which are The Simpsons twice, Friends, and Everybody Loves Raymond), occassionally KDFI27 or UPN for Mavs or Rangers games, Fox Sports Net for Mavs/Rangers games, and ESPN for whatever.
