I would probebly say Kuja also. He was just wicked, Plus he destroyed an entire world.

Kefka, 'cause he succeeded in destorying the world. The good guys in 6 must've been real disappointed in themselves.
Kuja or Sephy.But I'd pick Kuja because I would've picked Sephy if he wasn't sch a momma's boy.
I'm going to have to go with Kefka. Why? Because I love the insane, crazy, twisted mind he has. Why destroy the world? Because it's fun! Why try to be a god? Because I thought it would be a nice hoby.. and killing people is fun! That's how I view Kefka's mentality, and that makes him interesting to me.

Aww this is a hard one, but I might say Kuja and Seymour they seemed alot alike Seymour though himself as the hero by seeing if the world was destroyed all human and non human life wouldn't have to suffer anymore. Kuja has a tail.

Seymour was evil but almost good at the same time, as someone mentioned. He just had a very morbid way of ridding the world of it's pain. And whatever he said, I listened in, 'cause it was interesting. Like the quote in my signature.
I'd say Kuja or Sephiroth. They're both insane. That's why they're the best.
I'd say they're all great, if not all the same.(People say that Kefka is so much better than Sephiroth, even though they're exactly the same, bar looks and personality.)
Ultimecia was very well done. People say she doesn't have character, but they must be too blind to pay attention to the story, or something. Ultimecia is alot like Zemus in that regard.
Zande had neat hair.
Garland was awesome for the Time-Loop thing.
The Emperor just looks plain cool.
And who can resist Kuja?
So basically, I can't really decide. But I do really like Seymour.
sephiroth was my favorite but im going to have top say kefka was the best everything about him was evil haha. even his creepy laugh.
