I'm going to have to go with Kefka. Why? Because I love the insane, crazy, twisted mind he has. Why destroy the world? Because it's fun! Why try to be a god? Because I thought it would be a nice hoby.. and killing people is fun! That's how I view Kefka's mentality, and that makes him interesting to me.
