    It's on Final Fantasy IX Original Soundtrack Plus. You should be able to order it from Amazon or Liksang or whatever.

    "Immoral Melody" is in-game background music. Like most of the other tracks on FFIXOST Plus, "Kuja Leaving Burmerica" is a special track that only plays during an FMV.
