No, I don't think so. They're not biologically related, and she wasn't raised by an Elric. She's about as related to them as a machine I created and left in the jungle would be related to me (sure, this machine could be biological and intelligent, but still).

no, you see, (SPOILER) Envy was originally born when Hohenheim was in another body a few centuries before FMA, so biologically no, but since Envy is a homonculus he cannot be considered human or in any way biologically related to the Elrics.

but he IS related to them...he's their half brother/sister...so does that mean he is an Elric 'cause he had the same father???
