I've heard FFIV Advance has Megalixirs. I've yet to find any, though. The other versions don't have them.

If you're playing FFIV Advance, your best bet is probably in the added Lunar Dungeon. I can't remember if you can buy them there or not, but I do know you can get them fairly easily there. I've got 19 on my farthest file at the moment, and haven't used one yet.
There may be other places to find them, but that's all I can remember at the moment.
