By "at his expense" I mean that regardless of how much I would like to see a picture of Kishi, if he really doesn't want his picture to be posted, I wouldn't want to see it then because he probably has his reasons for not wanting to have it posted.
But I'm sure that there is also probably no way around it if a lot of pictures of the wedding will be posted.
