i really need help,you know when you have a nes emulator and you record something?.....how do you converter your RMO file you got from the nes?...preferably rocknes?.....plzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplzplz......i have a youtube account and i need to be posting videos on games and i need help

i want to convwerter them to anything thats mainly avi,mpeg,mp4,etc

I tried doing that with Snes9x for SNES games, and I couldn't figure out how to work 'Record AVI', even with the geniuses at the Snes9x forum. I'd suggest asking the forum for whatever emulator you're using (if any), that'd be worth a shot.
