No, and I find it really annoying when I accidently do from scrolling down.

I don't thnk I ever have on purpose. I have several times on accident though, usually when someone has a huge picture and the whole thing is clickable, and I'm trying to scroll down the page.

I occassionally explore other people's links because that is why they are there. It is one good way to get to know somebody: find out what they link to, why, and if it is another forum, who they associate with. However, I normally have too much to do or procrastinate over that I have not the time to do so.
