It's definately Dance with the Balamb-Fish. Could you upload "Dance with the Balamb Fish", I couldn't find it on limewire.

Either import the soundtrack, or look for midi versions of the song. There's plenty of FF midis online. I just checked, and VGMusic has two midi versions of "Dance with the Balamb Fish".
