What's the best way to tell someone that their PM Storage is full?

When you're PMing someone and you can't send them any more PM's because their PM Storage is full, how do you tell the person that?

even if your PM box is full you still receive staff PMs so I don't have this problem. Ae you just asking for assistance or do you intend to have a discussion of how people deal with full PM boxes?

I remember the one time my PM storage got full I knew about it because it wouldn't let me send PMs (because I store a receipt).
