Final Fantasy Tactics of course!
Final Fantasy VIII, right after Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. a favorite game doesn't point directly to its magic system...
I really liked FFIX's magic system because magic was still really usefull when fighting the final bossess
I like FFVIII and FFX's magic systems. In FFVIII you can Junction magic to stats however you want. You can draw very powerful magic early on in the game. FFX's Sphere Grid allows any character in the party to learn any spell on the grid, so that all characters can cast magic not just one or two characters.
Definately tactics. It combines the job system with a very cool spell casting system. It rulled in that not all spells were instantly cast.
STILL Updating the anime list. . . I didn't think I was that much of an anime freak! I don't even want to consider updating the manga list!
