No, not in about 15-20 years. The dress code now depends upon where you live and if you have face-to-face time with the customer. For example, on the east coast it's still a suit and tie (regular suit and tie, no blue required) every day to work, while at the Boulder, CO plant (where I worked for six years), if developers weren't meeting clients a lot of times they would wear untucked t-shirts and jeans with sneakers. So it really varies.
