I first acquired this name a long time ago when I was trying to think of a more original name than The_Eldar for Starcraft play on Battle.net (I played Protoss at the time and I had felt that the Protoss were a knockoff of the Warhammer 40k Eldar). I was mulling over it, and my mind wandered to one of my more recent obsessions, Legend of the Five Rings, which is based around the philosophies in Miyamoto Musashi's Book of the Five Rings. He identified five elements, Earth, Fire, Air, Water, and Void. Obviously Void is my favorite.

The "Behold the" part came in because it sounded cool to encourage people to contemplate oblivion.

Especially people who've seen my room.

Anyway, I rather liked that name, and thus it became the name I use everywhere.

Anyways, my name came from a song my dad used to sing to me, i think he actually made it up, because I've never heard it, only from him. Also the fact that I love to stargaze. the child part is because I consider myself a child at heart, and I probably always will be.

Well i fancied a change from my previous username, and i spent time thinking, i though of Midnight, or something realted but i finally decided on Darkness, then i though of something to come before it, haze, dark (Oh dear, dark darkness?!) and i went with deep, the choice to use '3' comes from playing online games with freinds who use that too much!, But hey, i thought it looks cool...
