If atheists can comment in religion threads I see nothing wrong in my commenting on my lack of drinking.

Logical fallacy in two ways. 1. You assume there's nothing wrong with atheists commenting in religion threads. 2. Incorrect usage of the term 'atheist'. You were probably looking for 'agnostic' though, so that's not as bad of an error.
