Thanks, I almost stumbled on that last question. Nice going.
Ozma can act even when her ATB gauge isn't full, giving the impression she's getting lots of turns. Also, any actions selected by your characters after one of Ozma's moves will not be performed until after Ozma's next turn.
Kinda the rule is different... I don't know if I'll give you the point but I'll explain how he does it.
Ozma has a normal ATB bar like you but he is different because everytime you make an action (attack, magic, defend or whatever) his ATB bar instantly fills and he is allowed to make an action before you, his attacks are actual turns where his ATB bar fills just not normally.
Should I give you the point? I didn't word the question the best.
