From that list, it would have to be either Seymour Battle or Clash on the Big Bridge I like the FF12 version of Clash on the Big Bridge too though, but you have no FF12 options
I could have added DoC and FF12, but almost no-one has heard those tracks.

I really like Fight Tune "A girl named Shelke". But very few have heard it.
