How do u beat Storm Dragon?

I have been fighting Storm dragon and I can't beat him here are the stats, weapons, characters, and summons that I use.

you kill him... by like attacking and using magic and skills and stuff...

personally, I'd get Cyan then go back, cause Cyan is the best character in the game, I mean obviously.

Vanish-doom will take care of this issue.

Check and see if you have any equipment that reduces or negates wind damage. That will help tremendously. Also, the more people that have healing spells the better.

Just remember that the Storm Dragon is one of the eight dragons, so it's not supposed to be easy. Without having done a lot of previous leveling (which you haven't, looking at your levels), I don't know that you're supposed to be able to beat it yet, unless you've nerfed your characters or "cheat" by using the Vanish+Doom/X-Zone trick. Or get really lucky.

Alternatively, you can cast Phantom and hope he doesn't use anything that can hurt you (of which his arsenal lacks too much magic). After that, you can go on an all out blitz, draining his HP with whatever tactics are available without revealing your Vanish condition.

You can also cast Vanish/Doom on yourself, turn off the Emulator/SNES, and declare yourself the winner.

That's always worked for me.

Or if you don't feel like cheating, just level your charcaters to 40 and use your strongest skills like Bum Rush and spells like Flare. using Cure 3and life 3 will work wonders too

Just make sure you have high magic defense on your party. With high enough magic defense the wind slash was only doing between 600-700 damage. After that it's easy.

Edit: All three characters were level 27; Edgar had 140 magic defence, while Celes and Setzer had 150. Also, the dragon is weak to Bolt. Additionally, I had running shoes on all of them to speed up my reaction time.

I always just had Sabin attacking with Genji Glove + Dragon Claw + Dragon Claw, Edgar change the Storm Dragon's weak point to Holy with the Debilitator, and Celes and Setzer on Cure 2 duty.
