Final Boss

One of my long time hobbies is making my own RPGs so I want some feedback for my Final Boss.
The Creation
The Monster's name is Final Summon. I attached a file of what it looks like. It is summoned by The Beastmaster in a final attempt to destroy you, as she (yes the beastmaster is a girl) tries to open the Gate to Hell in order to command the demons it would unlesh, and rule the White Mage Empire (in this game the White Mages are evil I thought that would be a fun little twist)
The Fight
The monster has 3 parts The lowwer Face which continually Drains your Mp, The Axe Which countinually casts Curaga, and the Main body which will deal out the damage.

Stats
Axe-50,000Hp 9,999 Mp Atk 1 (it never physically attacks you) Def 600 Intellect 999 Spd 725
Lowwer Face-30,000Hp 9,999Mp Atk 1 (it never physically attacks you) Def 999 Intellect 999 Spd 725
Main Body 74500Hp 9999Mp Atk 999 Def 999 Intellect 999 Spd 999

Attacks:
Axe- Curaga (Heals 4000-6000Hp), when down to 40% Hp Ultima (2000+ Damage)
Lowwer Face- Mp Absorb (Absorbs all of one enemy's Mp), when down to 40% Hp Ultima (2000+ Damage)

Main Body
The main body does most of the damage and has many attacks many of which are elemental.
Aftershock- 4000+ physical damage to 1 enemy
Lightning Storm- 2000+ Lightning damage to all enemies
Tetra Demons- 3000+ Tetra Damage
Firaga All- 2500+ Fire Damage To all enemies
Blizzaga All- 2500+ Blizzard Damage To all enemies
Thundaga All- 2000+ Thunder Damage To all enemies
Auqaga All- 3000+ Aqua Damage To all enemies
Holy 4- 7000+ Holy Damage to all enemies

Well how does that sound?
