Hi, my dad has this little dancing cat gif that he wants to put in his myspace account, he asked me to do it but I don't know how to embed it. We don't want it in like the pictures section we want it so that it actually appears on the page. Do you know if it's possible to do that? I'll try and transfer the gif over here later so you can see what it is, it's on his computer right now.

Upload it to a website, then edit your blog, and paste the URL in the 'background image' box?

You have to insert an html tag. You have to have your image remotely placed on a server somewhere too. Once it's hosted online you can link to it on your myspace page using this tag <img src="url.jpg">
