    Default What's your fave town?

    What are everyone's favourite towns?
I like Shumi Village, but after much ff8 playing I decided Winhill is better. That town is just beautiful...
Esthar comes second, with Shumi Village in third.

If I were to live in that world I'd choose Winhill, or possibly FH.

I HATE esthar! Far too futuristic looking.

I like Dollet, pretty cool place. Galbadia garden is pretty neat too.

I like Dollet and Shumi Village is quite ok, since it's like 353 metres below the ground or something.

Esthar was too sci-fi looking for me. Winhill I never really liked, but it's an ok place.

I'd live in the FFVIII world.
    No matter what town.
    (SeeD for Balamb Garden)
I like to live in any Garden.
As long as I'm not there when the missils hit Trabia!

Its only starting up, which means its not world class- but hey whats the harm in having a look. (or registering!) The only way its gonna get better is if more people join up.

Its got FF, art, writings, riddles, general chat and GFX battles. And each of these topics we are hoping to develop to its fullest.

Its not a catchy address either (free to run) so just save the link into your favourites for easy access

Hmm living in the Final Fantasy VIII world? What town you ask? I think that I would possibly like living in Balamb because although it's quiet and sleepy it looks to be quite nice and temperate not too hot or too cold. Gabaldia looks too hot but then I quite liked Gabaldia Garden but if I had to live in any of the 3 Gardens I would have probably chosen Trabia (well atleast untill it came to the SeeD test when you move to Gabaldia or Balamb in any case and don't get transferred back.)

Winhill was nice but too sleepy and Dollet seemed a bit too lack lustre for my taste.

Deling City...travelling across the city is too confusing. "the city that never sleeps". i would love to see the sun for once, and usually places given a name like that should have a casino or something to make it worthwhile.

Balamb Garden...peaceful place by the water. a nice place to go fishing, and perhaps be washed away by a tsunami since it's too close to large bodies of water.

    Shumi Village
...eerily blissful, silent, and cold outside. i am reminded of a Zen Buddhist temple. i'd really love a place of noise like Deling City if only it had the right things. don't forget to wait for me if i ever decide to become a hermit .

    Esthar City
...i'm not ready for that kind of place. technology is nice, but it is too blue and i'd stick to moderate things. i don't feel like i belong.

    Dollet
...reminds me of a citadel for some reason. i'd probably live here if it was the Middle Ages, but then again i can choose another moderate place "to live in".

Timber...i am only reminded of the past events that once took place here. i wouldn't live here anyway, but not because i think that the past is too haunted for me.

Winhill...seems like the best place to be. a place of sun and perhaps wind. i don't like winds if they will blow leaves onto my yard, but i am staying for the sun and the beach ahead.

I like Esthar and FH. Esthar because it's so hi-tech and pretty looking, and FH because it's peaceful there. I like the music in both places.

I really like Winhill a lot cuz it's peaceful, cozy and pretty!!! I also like all of Raine's pretty flowers in the people's houses.

My 2nd favorite would be Dollet, and 3rd is Balamb and Deling City tied.
