i would have chosen metallica but i haven't bought their last 3 or 4 albums ...
    so i chose other.
and i havn't downloaded any of the songs from those albums 'cause i can't stand the music.
Chuck Noblet: Can anyone tell me the tragic irony of the Trojan War? Tina? Tina: Um, that horses are friendly creatures yet a hollow, wooden one was used to destroy Troy? Chuck Noblet: Wrong and no. Anyone else? Chip? Chip: That the mighty warrior Achilles was killed by a small cut to his ankle. Chuck Noblet: Chip is wronger. OK, here it is. The tragic irony of the Trojan War is that though it was fought over Helen, who was young and beautiful, by the time they rescued her ten years later, she was old and ugly. Tina: But wasn't recovering the king's wife reward enough for the Greeks? Chuck Noblet: Tina, an ugly woman is never a reward.

AC DC. They're not metal imho, but For Those About to Rock has the single greatest buildup intro in music.

From the list I chose Opeth, they just make give me a different feeling emotionally wise rather than the other bands on the list. And since their album Damnation is one of my favorite albums of all time...You get the point

Metallica ftw but it was hard choosing them over Dio and Iron Maiden.

I like older metal. Judas Priest, Sabbath, stuff like that. Your lack of Black Sabbath on that list makes me sad in the pants...
Newer metal bands just don't blow my skirt up...

    Glam Rock is sh!t.

Iron Maiden. I'd say Metallica, but after St. Wanker... Er, Anger, I can't vote for them.

Maiden and Bruce D all the way!

Not really fond of that style of music. Just seems too much "volume" and not enough "music" for my tastes.
